Ms. Swathi L. Reddy’s journey has always been guided by a simple belief: every child can do more when given the right environment to learn.
As the Montessori Director and Academic Coordinator at Vidyanjali Academy for Learning, Bengaluru, she has:
- Mentored teachers and refined curriculum for the Elementary Montessori wing.
- Supported children’s holistic development and learning experiences.
- Guided parents to bring Montessori practices into daily life in joyful ways.
She combines a strong artistic background with deep Montessori expertise. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts with a major in painting and a Graduate Diploma in Fashion Technology from New Zealand, giving her a unique eye for beauty, design, and detail in learning environments.
Ms. Reddy is AMI-trained at both the Primary (3–6) and Elementary (6–12) levels. Her additional qualifications include ISO and NABET certifications, as well as an Advanced Open Water Diver certification, reflecting her commitment to global quality standards and a personal spirit of exploration.

Is the Kannada Core course free for government school teachers?
Government school teachers can access the course for free. To get started, please write to us or call us.
Do I need Montessori school experience?
No. MontShala is built for everyone from traditional classroom teachers to parents at home. Practical, simple, doable.
How many courses does MontShala have?
MontShala has 3 main levels, done in order:
- Level 1 – Basic
- Level 2 – Intermediate
- Level 3 – Advanced
You complete them one after the other, because each level builds on the previous one.
Optional add-ons:
- For each level, you can also choose Enrichment Packs (extra support + additional practice/resources). These are optional.
Two ways to learn (choose what suits you):
- Level Stream: Do Level 1 → Level 2 → Level 3 (step-by-step full pathway).
- Subject Core Stream: If you want to learn subject-wise, you can choose Subject Core courses instead of following the full level stream.
Kannada course:
- Kannada Kalisi is a separate course that teaches you how to teach Kannada effectively.
What age group does this cover?
We focus on foundation years (ages 3-6) and beyond; when curiosity, independence, and lifelong learning begin.
How is the pricing structured?
Each course has three packages:

Do I need to join all courses at once?
Not at all. You don’t need to join all the courses at once.
Start with Level 1 first.
Once you complete it, you can move on to Level 2, and then Level 3-step by step, at your pace.
How long do I have to finish?
You can finish at your own pace. Your course access is valid for 1 year from the date you join.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. The certificates are part of the Pro package for each course level you complete.
What is Practice Clinic?
The Practice Clinic is a live online space where you polish your real classroom skills. Instead of only watching videos, you present activities in front of me – work mat, napkin, oilcloth, pouring, tongs, etc. and we gently refine them together.
How can I obtain an IIMS Level Certificate?
- Complete all modules in the level
- Submit 1 assignment
- Submit 1 video
After successful submission, the Level Certificate will be issued.
How can I obtain the IIMS Diploma and IIMS Advanced Diploma Certificates?
To obtain the IIMS Diploma Certificate, the candidate must complete all three levels (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced courses). and 8 enrichment packs.
After receiving the IIMS Diploma Certificate, the candidate becomes eligible for hands-on practice at the MontShala Centre and school observation. Upon successful completion of these, the candidate is awarded the IIMS Advanced Diploma Certificate.
